  • Reactors and Processes for Synthesis of Polyol from PU residues :
      • New technology of generating stable recovered polyols based on an optimized acidolysis method.
      • PU residues are dissolved in a mixture of glycols and catalysts.
      • Raw materials are polyurethane grind residues and foam scraps.
      • The final product is a recovered polyol, which can substitute a part of the conventional polyol for foam production without quality loss.

  • Reactors and Processes for Synthesis of Polyol from PET residues :
      • New process developed and optimized by H&S Anlagentechnik GmbH.
      • Process is based on the transesterification of
        polyethylenetherephthalate with diethylene glycol  and adipic acid.
      • The final product of this procedure is a high quality aromatic polyester polyol, excellent for the usage in polyurethane foams.
      • Wide range of capacity reactors available to fit customer's requirements.
